Whether you're growing your brand, scaling your agency, or simplifying your setup — Lihat.ai allows you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription easily at any time. This page explains how the process works, what to expect, and how billing is handled.
When Should You Upgrade?
Consider upgrading your plan if you:
- Need to manage more than one Instagram account
- Want to use AI-generated DM prompts and landing pages
- Plan to launch multiple landing pages for different campaigns
- Want full access to analytics and keyword performance reports
- Need to collaborate with other team members or influencers
- Manage multiple Instagram accounts or clients under one roof
Upgrading gives you access to more automation, flexibility, and team features.
When to Downgrade
Downgrading might be a good option if:
- You’re managing fewer accounts than before
- You no longer need advanced automation or AI features
- Your current campaign or project has ended
- You want to reduce monthly costs temporarily
Make sure to review what features are available in the lower plan before confirming the downgrade.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select the plan you want to switch to
- Confirm the change
Once confirmed:
- Upgrades are applied immediately
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
What Happens to Your Data?
- When you upgrade, all your data and settings remain intact. You’ll instantly unlock new features.
- When you downgrade, your account may lose access to features that are no longer included in the lower plan (e.g., published landing pages, extra automation). These features will be paused but not deleted.
You can upgrade again later to restore them.
Tips Before You Switch
- Review the Plan Comparison to understand what’s included
- If downgrading, remove unused pages or automations first
- For agencies, ensure your invited influencers still fit within the new plan
- Download your latest reports or campaign data if needed
