Invite Members & Team Management

If for some reason you need your Lihat AI and connected Instagram account to be managed by your teammates, you can easily share with your trusted colleagues. Using their email, you can invite multiple person to be able to manage your Lihat AI account with limited role.

How It Works for Account Owner

1. Access Team Member

• Log in to Lihat.ai and navigate to Settings → Account.
• This area is where you invite, edit, or remove members.

2. Invite Member

• Invite team members using their email addresses, and click the button to send invites.
• Each invited user will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.

3. Manage Your Team

• View a list of all team members. 
• You can see the role of the member (owner or member), status (active or pending), and if you are the owner, you can delete the member.

How It Works for Account Member

One an email account is invited by Lihat AI account owner, an email was sent to the member inbox.
Here is what member can do to follow up : 

1. Accept Invitation

Member need to check their inbox for the email invitation, open and click the Accept Invitation button on the email

2. Sign in or Create Account

For email that already has account on Lihat AI, it will automatically redirect to the dashboard page.

For email that has not already have Lihat AI account, once the accept Invitation button click, we will create the Lihat AI account for them. All the member need to do next is connecting their own Instagram account as their Main IG, while the accepted invitation will add second IG account to be managed as Member.
