Components of an Automation Element

1. Keyword Trigger

Define a unique word or phrase (e.g., DISKON20, INFO) that followers must comment to trigger the flow.

2. Detection Mechanism

Lihat.ai monitors comments via Instagram’s API and instantly recognizes the trigger keywords in real-time.

3. DM Template Type

 Choose how you want the message delivered:

  • Text: A simple message
  • Button Template: Text plus a clickable button
  • Generic Card: Visual message with image, title, subtitle, and CTA button

4. Message Content

Customize the actual DM—this includes text, buttons, images, and personalization tokens (e.g., user first name).

5. Link Destination

 Attach a URL to your message:

  • AI-generated landing page
  • Your own website page

6. Timing Delay

Optional delay (e.g., a few seconds or minutes) to create a more human-like response flow.

7. Activation & Tracking

Once activated, the element:

  • Listens for the specific keyword
  • Sends the DM when triggered
  • Logs comment, DM sent/opened, and click metrics

How It Flows

  1. Followers post comments containing your defined keyword on Instagram.
  2. Lihat.ai detects the keyword.
  3. Automated DM is delivered based on your chosen template.
  4. Follower clicks the attached link.

Metrics are captured in Analytics: comments, DM sends, opens, and clicks.

Best Practices

  • Choose clear, campaign-specific keywords to avoid false activations.
  • Utilize engaging DM formats buttons and cards often outperform plain text.
  • Add slight delays to make responses appear natural.

Regularly review analytics to adapt keywords, message tone, and destinations.

  • Keyword: RAFKODE50
  • Template: Button Template
  • Message: “Thanks for commenting! Tap below for 50% off 👇”
  • Button Label: “Get Discount”
  • Link: AI-generated landing page

Delay: 30 seconds

Once activated, the flow looks like this:

🤖 Lihat.ai : waits 30 seconds → sends “Thanks for commenting! Tap below…” with button
📈 Analytics records comment, DM, and click results
