Create Automation by AI

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Dashboard

2. Click on the Custom Prompt card.

3. You’ll see a modal titled "Custom Prompt"

4. Describe your prompt in the textbox

  • Example:
  • I'm running a webinar on productivity hacks next week. Please generate a DM that invites people to register. Include this URL in a button: https://productivitywebinar.com. Make the keyword short and easy to remember.

5. Click Create Automation

  • The system will display a loading screen: “Just a sec! We’re building your automation...”

6. After a few seconds, your automation setup will appear:

  • The keyword field will be pre-filled
  • The template will default to Button type
  • The DM message will be auto-written
  • A button with your provided link (or generated CTA) will be ready

7. Review the message and button, make edits if needed

10. Action The Form

  • Click Save and Publish to activate the automation for your next post
  • Click Save as Draft to save the automation in your draft.
