At Lihat.ai, we aim to deliver a seamless and reliable experience — but sometimes, bugs can still happen. Whether it's a glitch in your automation, a display issue, or a broken link, reporting bugs helps us improve the platform for everyone.

This page will guide you on how to identify, document, and report bugs effectively.

What Is Considered a Bug?

A bug is any unexpected behavior or error in the platform that prevents a feature from working as intended.

Examples include:

  • Automations not saving properly
  • UI elements overlapping or not loading
  • Error messages when clicking buttons
  • Analytics data not displaying correctly
  • Pages freezing or crashing

If you're unsure whether it's a bug or a usage issue, still feel free to report it — we'll help diagnose it.

Before Reporting a Bug

Please try the following first:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try on a different browser or device
  • Ensure your Instagram account is properly connected
  • Double-check that you're using the latest version of your browser

If the issue persists, continue with the steps below.

How to Report a Bug

To help us fix the issue quickly, please include the following in your report:

  1. Your Account Email – the one used on Lihat.ai
  2. Bug Description – what happened and what did you expect instead
  3. Steps to Reproduce – what you did before the bug appeared
  4. Browser/Device Info – Chrome, Safari, iOS, Windows, etc.
  5. Screenshots or Screen Recording – visual proof speeds up our process
  6. Time and Date of Occurrence (if possible)

How to Submit

You can report a bug by:

  • Filling out the Bug Report Form in the Help Center
  • Sending an email to: biz@lihat.ai
  • Subject line: "Bug Report - [Short Description]"
  • Or using the in-app Help → Report a Bug button (if available)

What Happens Next?

Once your bug is reported:

  1. Our support team will acknowledge your report within 1–2 business days
  2. It will be forwarded to the product or engineering team
  3. Critical bugs are prioritized in our internal changelog and roadmap
  4. You may be contacted for additional info or confirmation once resolved
