Account Types in Lihat.ai
Understand the Roles: Personal, Agency, Influencer, and Member Accounts
Lihat.ai is designed to support both individual creators and multi-level teams through clearly defined account types. This guide explains how each account type works, their permissions, and how they interact with each other.
Personal Account
Who uses this:
Solo creators, freelancers, or small business owners.
What they can do:
- Connect one Instagram accounts
- Create automations & landing pages
- Invite Members to help manage their account
- Upgrade to Agency anytime
Limitations:
- Cannot invite Influencers
- Cannot manage other Personal unless invited
Agency Account
Who uses this:
Digital agencies, talent managers, or teams managing multiple creators.
What they can do:
- Invite & manage multiple Influencers
- Create and control automations on Influencer accounts
- View analytics & insights across all connected accounts
- Add Members to support team operations
Limitations:
- Cannot be invited to another agency
- Cannot be a Member or Influencer in another account
Influencer Account
Who uses this:
Individual creators who are invited by an Agency to be managed collaboratively. This account is actually similar with Personal Account. Any Personal Account can be identified as Influencers.
Personal account will be changed as Influencers once they join an agency.
What they can do:
- Approve or decline Agency invites
- Retain control over their connected Instagram
- View automations, insights, and allow access to the agency
- Invite Members to help manage their account apart from Agencies
Limitations:
- Cannot invite Influencers
- Cannot manage other Personal unless invited
- Can only be managed by one Agency at a time
Member Account
Who uses this:
Team members invited to help manage a Personal or Agency account.
What they can do:
- Access assigned automation & landing page tools
- View analytics (based on permissions)
- Cannot invite or manage other users
Limitations:
- Only operates under invited accounts (no standalone usage)
Switching Between Accounts
Users may belong to multiple roles under different emails, but:
- A single email = one role only (e.g. can't be Agency and Influencer)
- Switching roles requires logout or using a different email
- Roles are set during registration or invitation process
