Keywords Performance

Measure the effectiveness of your automation triggers with full visibility into how each keyword performs.

Each keyword you set in Lihat.ai plays a critical role in triggering automation flows. The Keywords Performance dashboard provides granular insights into how each keyword drives user engagement, DM delivery, and link clicks over time.

Overview Chart

The top of the page features a multi-line and bar chart showing performance over a time range (e.g., last 12 days):

  • Comment Count: How many comments triggered this keyword
  • DM Sent: Total DMs automatically sent in response
  • Read: How many users opened (read) the message
  • Click on Link: Clicks from buttons/links inside the DM
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of users who clicked after receiving a message
Use this visual trend to spot high-performing days or identify when engagement drops.

Time Filter

In the upper right, you can select a time range:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 12 days
  • Custom date range

This helps you analyze keyword performance during specific promotions or campaigns.

Comment Report

This section displays detailed individual interactions triggered by the selected keyword. Each row includes:

  • The user's name and Instagram handle
  • The exact comment left on your post
  • The date and time the DM was sent (if applicable)
  • Read status (Read or Unread)
  • Number of link clicks in the DM

Features include:

  • Search bar to find specific users
  • Sortable columns (by comment date, clicks, etc.)
  • Export button to download the data as a CSV file

"DM Not Sent" Status

If a message fails to send, it will be marked as "DM Not Sent" in red. This could be due to:

  • Instagram API limits being exceeded
  • User's privacy settings
  • Temporary delivery errors

You can hover over the status (if applicable) to see the reason.

Export Data

Click the "CSV File" button to:

  • Export full keyword performance reports
  • Share data with clients or teammates
  • Perform custom analysis using spreadsheets

Tips for Better Keyword Performance

  • Choose short and memorable keywords like “promo”, “deal”, or “start”
  • Test different keywords to see which drive more engagement
  • Monitor performance regularly
  • Disable keywords with low results
  • Rotate or update keywords during special events or seasonal campaigns
