Invite, manage, and collaborate with team members to streamline your workflow.

Lihat.ai allows both Personal and Agency accounts to invite team members (also called Members) to help manage Instagram automation, landing pages, and analytics. This guide will walk you through how to invite, manage, remove, and set permissions for members in your account.


What is a Member Account?

A Member is a user invited by a Personal or Agency account to collaborate inside Lihat.ai.

Members can help with:

  • Creating & managing DM automations
  • Designing landing pages
  • Viewing insights & reports
  • Performing actions based on assigned permissions


Who Can Invite Members?

Only Personal and Agency account owners can invite Members.

  • Personal Account → Can invite Members to manage their own IG automation and pages
  • Agency Account → Can invite Members and assign them to one or more managed influencer IG accounts
  • Influencer Account → Can invite Members to manage their own IG automation and pages
  • Member → Cannot invite others


How to Invite a Member

  1. Go to Settings and select Team Management
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email and can accept to join your team.


How to Remove a Member

If a team member no longer needs access:

  1. Go to Team Management in Settings
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. Tap the menu icon (⋮) beside their name
  4. Select Remove Member and confirm

The member will be removed instantly, and their access to your account will be revoked.
