Lihat.ai offers flexible subscription packages designed for creators, entrepreneurs, and agencies who want to automate Instagram interactions, manage landing pages, and grow their audience effectively. This page provides a full overview of how billing works, available plans, and how to manage payments and subscriptions with confidence.
Available Plans
Lihat.ai offers four subscription tiers:
- Free Plan – Best for those who want to try out basic Instagram automation and explore our platform at zero cost.
- Basic Plan – Ideal for solo creators or small businesses looking to manage one account with essential automation tools and a simple landing page.
- Pro Plan – Designed for professionals accounts, with full access to automation triggers, landing page customization, and analytics.
- Scale Plan – Built for agencies or creators, including team access, and advanced performance features.
Each plan includes increasing levels of access to automation limits, AI DM flows, link-in-bio pages, analytics, and collaboration tools.

Billing Cycle Options
You can choose between two billing cycles based on your preference:
- Monthly – Pay-as-you-go with full flexibility. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
- Yearly – Save 10% with a single upfront payment for 12 months.
The billing cycle can be switched anytime from your Billing Settings.
Plan Management
Within your billing dashboard, you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Cancel or pause your subscription
- Reactivate a paused or expired account
✔️ Upgrades take effect immediately.
⏳ Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period.
Invoicing & Payment Info
For every successful payment, an invoice will be generated. From your Billing section, you can:
- View and download all past invoices
- Update your billing email, company name, and tax information
- Change or update your payment method (credit/debit cards via Stripe)
Failed Payments & Grace Periods
If a payment fails:
- You'll be notified via email
- Lihat.ai will automatically retry the payment several times
- Access to certain features may be temporarily paused if payment is not completed
✅ To resolve this, simply update your payment method in Billing Settings.
Is My Payment Secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption through Stripe, our trusted global payment provider.
Lihat.ai does not store your full card details directly.
