What Is an Influencer Account?

An Influencer Account is created when a user is invited by an Agency. Influencers maintain full ownership and visibility over their connected Instagram account, while allowing the agency to help manage content, automation, and reports.

Influencers also have access to invite their own Members to assist with daily operations.


Capabilities of Influencers

As an Influencer, you can:

  • Approve or reject Agency invitations
  • Create and manage your own automation workflows
  • Design and publish landing pages
  • Invite team members (Members) to collaborate with you
  • View analytics and performance reports

Influencers cannot invite other influencers or become Agencies themselves.


How Influencers Can Invite Members

Influencers can invite up to a set number of Members (limit depends on the plan) to help manage their account.

Steps to Invite a Member:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Team Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the member’s email
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invited member will receive an email to join and support your account.


Managing Member Access (as an Influencer)

Once your member accepts the invitation, you can:

  • View all current members
  • Remove members if needed


Agency & Influencer Collaboration

While you are connected to an Agency, you:

  • Maintain full visibility over automations they create
  • Can remove Agency access anytime
  • Still have full rights to your own Members
  • Can work in parallel — e.g., Agency handles DMs, while your team handles landing pages

Best Practices for Influencers

  • Only invite Members you trust — they’ll access your audience tools
  • Assign limited access for landing page roles or assistants
  • Use naming conventions or labels for easier member management
  • Disconnect Agencies if you no longer need their support
