Influencer Management
What Is an Influencer Account?
An Influencer Account is created when an agency invites a creator to collaborate. The agency connects the creator’s Instagram account, manages automation and reporting, while the creator retains full ownership of their account.
Capabilities of Influencers
As an agency managing influencers, you can:
- Invite influencers (KOLs) to join your workspace
- Connect their Instagram accounts for automations and campaigns
- Manage automation workflows and landing/link pages for each influencer
- Monitor performance and reporting for each influencer account
- Remove or revoke access of influencers from your workspace
How an Agency Can Invite an Influencer
Steps to Invite a KOL
- Go to Dashboard > Influencers (or “Clients” tab)
- Click “Invite Influencer”
- Enter the influencer’s email address and Instagram handle
- Choose the influencer’s role or scope (if applicable)
- Click “Send Invitation”
- Once the influencer accepts the invitation, their account will appear under your managed clients
What Happens After Invitation
- The influencer receives an email with a link to join your agency workspace
- After acceptance, you can connect their Instagram account and start automation
- Until they accept, their status will show “Pending” in your list
Managing Your Influencer List
Once influencers are added, you can:
- View a list of all invited influencers with status indicators: Active (accepted) or Pending (invitation sent, not yet accepted)
- Remove an influencer from your workspace if needed
- Filter or search the list by name or status
Onboarding an Influencer for Automation & Reporting
After an influencer is active:
- Connect the influencer’s Instagram account if not already connected
- Set up automation workflows (DMs, comments, landing/link pages) specific to that influencer
- Enable reporting to monitor performance (messages sent, clicks, conversions)
- Repeat this setup for each influencer you manage
